FEE REFUND FORM
GUIDELINES REFUND FOR THE UTM
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS CERTIFICATE FEE
Course fee may be refunded under the following conditions:
1. Refund can only be made if a student has previously taken the same course under UTM DEGREE++ programme or a course on par with a current course being offered under Professional Skills Certificate:
i. Course Content
ii. Registration Slip
2. The fee of RM200 has been made to the University. Proof of payment should be furnished.(Payment fees receipt can be obtained from Treasurer's Office)
3. A refund of RM50 will be made for each course upon successful application(refund form has to be filled in).
4. Payment of refund will be made 2 weeks before the end of a semester.
